Elongation by Biomechanics

The study of biomechanics imposes a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy to identify the muscles, tendons and joints involved in each movement. The starting point is the awareness of the mechanisms governing the movement of "natural" body, to then design an optimal physical training for dance or sport. Physical Preparation and postural alignment. This Course is designed for everyone, with no age limit.You do not need prior knowledge. Ideal for low-impact work.

Recommended for people with health problems such as escoleosis, arthritis or muscle injuries and very good for toning and shaping.
